    Our vision is to realize a democratized admission system for the selection of the best and brightest UP students, by:

    1. Broadening access to UP's high quality education through innovative strategies of recruitment;
    2. Ensuring the validity and integrity of the UPCAT process, and;
    3. Further improvement of computer-based applications and processing procedures to achieve operationaly excellence.
